Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times and rates

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at help@birchadnash.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right. If tracking shows delivery but the package can't be located, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier. We are not able to take responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we'll always do our best to assist.
